display  provides a read-out of both volts and amps for all battery banks. These are driven directly from the shunts mounted in the VSR module via a 4, 6 or 8 core cable with 4 display options, the Bar-graph display includes hi-voltage remote alarm drive.

bar-graph, provides permanent simultaneous volt & amp read-out for all batteries.

digital, provides volts or amp readout with polarity indicator for service battery, other batteries can be checked via selector switches,

digi-bar, combines both a bar-graph display to monitor general status of all batteries, with a digital readout to provide an accurate readout for voltage or current.

analogue meter driver  converts the signal from the Hall effect shunts to drive a range of analogue meters, units are available to provides up to 3 voltage and 2 ammeter drives from a single analogue meter driver module.

control & distribution centre provides a central pre-assembled unit that can be customised to suit a boat / manufacturers requirements including IP65/66 enclosure, the centre offers :-

Introduced in 1981, and based on the P1000 system, the P2000 was the first VSR ( voltage sensed relay ) split charge system with integral battery status display. Providing charge to a second battery bank, when it sensed the engine battery had achieved a satisfactory charge level. Automatically isolating the batteries when the engine was stopped, or the system identified a possible system fault. The second major feature was the remote battery / charge status panel, allowing both battery and recharge level to be monitored. During the next 5 years the range increased to the P5000 system for 2 engines / 3 battery banks, introduced in 1985.

Over the years the systems have continued to evolve via a rolling programme of testing and development, plus 30 years of product feedback, has resulted in the current range, and the next generation to come.

the system  provides the boat builder with a single simple to fit “all in one” modular system, for multiple battery bank charging with remote battery monitoring. Over the last 30 years requirements have changed, and the P2000 system has evolved to meet these needs, while still providing maximum flexibility. Allowing a charge system to be tailored to a boat, not the  boat to a split  charge unit.

By integrating all the functions into a single module, the number of stocked items is reduced, inventory level reduced and installation time can be minimised, while production through-put and value “through the door” are maximised.

interface cable between the display module and the Hall effect shunt, is either a 4, 6 or 8 core cable depending on the system installed, and carries all volt and amp data. Normal connections are via screw terminal, but for production orders, we can supply systems with standard or waterproof multipole plug and socket connectors
