VSR charge relays rating ( link start rating )

  80 amp continuous, surge current to 300 amps

100 amp continuous, ( to  250 amp start current, surge current to 400 amp* )

analogue meter drive

•  integral solid state shunt monitors net current for the service battery, supplying amps and volts to the driver module.

•  driver module converts these to an output to suit the selected analogue gauges, service amps, volts both batteries

•  port and starboard battery volts are also supplied to driver module to allow full battery monitoring.

module size  250 mm x 125 mm x 75 mm   sizes are nominal, and will vary depending upon spec.

 zero volt drop charge, relay sealed to IP66

 programmed charge priority to all battery banks.

 fully adjustable for charge voltage switching levels.

 no changes to engine wiring looms, suits all charge forms.

LS   emergency link-start

•  allows emergency engine starting from alternate engine battery, available with 100 amp and 125 amp relay.

•  remote operation with one minute timed on period, leaves both hands free for engine starting.

remote switch kit for emergency link-start.

RCP2

LVPR     low voltage power reserve

 isolates non-critical service battery loads at pre-set low voltage ( user adjustable ) 4 minute lock-out delay.

• factory set 11.8 volt power lockout, 12.3 volt power restore, adjustment, 11.3 -12.0, and 12.2 - 12.7 volt.

 

 relay rated at 80 amp continuous, 150 amp upto 4 minutes, relay sealed to IP66.

 improves battery life by limiting excessive battery drain, and sulphation.

 

 

RCP    remote  LVPR system control panel  

 allows remote monitoring and operation of the LVPR system, visual plus audio alarm for operation, alarm mute,

   timed over-ride of power lock-out, manual system over-ride, manual power lock-out engagement, LED indication.
