Designed for small inboards, or outboard engines including single or twin engine installations and a choice of installation layouts. Bi-direction charging allows a solar panel, or similar, to charge the engine battery as well as the engine, charging the service battery. With twin engine installations it allows both alternators to charge both battery banks, offering improved load sharing and a better recharge level in most cases.

Heavy duty split charging system for single or twin engine installations. As with all Powercentre systems, the alternator is connected to the main starter motor supply cable. This means that the alternator is always connected to the engine battery, and normally requires no changes to the standard wiring. Units includes a power-lockout option as standard, this allows selected loads to be dropped out at low service battery voltage power is restored automatically when a satisfactory battery level is achieved. Optional remote link starting to the service battery is included, together with an alternative automatic relay dropout. This function will dropout the relay if engage to charge the engine battery from a solar panel, protecting the charging system.
