• maintenance charge controller, fits inline with the 230 v AC feed to a mains battery charger, and provides pulse control to mains supply, size and frequency dependant on the battery recharge level. This results in a mains on time of as low as 2 minutes in the hour. This provides a charge cycle that can minimise sulphation, and provide a deep charge recharge while minimising gassing. This provides over voltage protection to a simple unregulated mains battery charger, or minimises the running time of a large mains battery charger when run 27 / 7.
