Split charge controllers, inc power-
System controllers allow control of lights, fans, pumps and motors to set parameters.
General controllers allow circuits or systems to be interfaced to volts, amps, engine rpm, temp, light. frequency
Split charge systems, 2, 3 or 4 bank, single or twin engines, inc power-
pre-
Integrated split charge, battery status display and monitoring systems,
Maintenance chargers.
Electronic shunts, DC or AC, they do not carry any current, cannot be overloaded, and generate no heat.
Display systems including amp hour usage
Alarm systems,
cabin / deck lights, the unit will power two light circuits ( via internal circuit
breakers ) from a permanent live supply for a four minute time period, allowing safe
exit at night after switching power off, or back-
Integrated total power distribution packages, switching, charging, monitoring, and distribution.
Power reserve, split main battery bank to maintain a critical equipment power reserve on a low service battery voltage.
Power-
Motor control, allows high load motors to be remotely switched, and monitored for amps, low volts, high temperature.
Switch panels and extreme environment circuit breakers.
engine room thermostat, the unit runs the fans on engine start up for a set period,
dependent on temperature after engine shut down, low voltage cut-
pump control, press start button, if pump primes and runs at correct amperage the unit will lock in, if the current drops due to the pump running dry, or increases due to a pump blockage, the supply will drop out, a stop button can also be fitted.
motor supply, remote switched power feed ( output drive for 100, 200, and 350 amp power relay ) monitors high amperage, high temperature, and low voltage, the relay drops out supply if any parameter is exceeded, pulse relay control option.
split charge 2 banks + power-
split charge 3 banks + link start two independent, user adjustable, drives for 100 amp and 200 amp relays, monitors voltage on both primary battery banks, one touch link start between primary batteries, internal circuit breaker protected.
maintenance charge, mains charger provides pulse control to mains supply, size and frequency is dependant on charge level, overcharge protection to simple charger, maintenance / winter mode to larger chargers, helps minimises sulphation.
light, monitors the ambient light level via a remote sensor module, enabling loads to be switched on or off automatically at a preset light level, stop circuits being engaged manually when light level is outside prescribed parameter.
amps, monitor amperage via a electronic shunt, switches loads automatically on or off at a preset level, allows circuits to be switched only when within prescribed parameter, or switched load to be dropped out if current falls out of set parameters.
temperature, monitors air temperature, or temperature via a custom sensor, this value can then be used to switch circuits automatically, only allow a circuit to be engaged if within set parameter, or to drop out a circuit if set parameter is exceeded.
rpm / frequency, monitors engine rpm from the alternator taco output, pulses from a suitable senor, or a frequency, to switch loads automatically, engage a load only if within in set parameters, or drop a circuit if it exceeds the set parameters.
volts, monitors battery or mains ( via an adaptor ) voltage, automatically switching circuits based on set parameters, allowing a circuit to be engaged only if within parameters, or drop out a circuit if a set parameter is exceeded.
split charge relays normally open contact switching relays for us with the split charge controller.
Power-
Triple battery system, provides charge for three battery banks, single/twin engines,
twin engine alternator redundancy, one touch link start, all sources charge all batteries,
low voltage power-
Twin battery system, provides charge for two battery banks from the engine, or charge
to both banks from a charge source on the service battery, power-
Maintenance chargers, provide a means of maintaining large battery banks, without running a large charger 24/7. Units run on a pulse charge system, which is dependent on recharge status, between pulses the charger shuts down the mains feed.
P2000 system provides a totally integrated charge, display, and control system rated
at 200 amps, for charging up to 4 battery banks. Features one touch link start, reserve
power supply, power-
AC shunt systems, these operate on the same principle as the DC shunts, and supply
data as a dc signal. The units can be supplied as shunts only, or with AC voltage
pick, output to drive digital, analogue or bar-
Display systems, digital / bar-
Alarm systems, are normally built to specification, and can cover most functions. For example to monitor the operation of four bilge pumps, and drive a audio / visual alarm, at helm and flybridge.
DC shunt systems, models measure the magnetic field around the conductor, currently
available in two options. Stud, fit on the battery terminal, or In-
Amp hour monitor, a range of modules that are intended to interface between our range
of DC electronic shunts, and bar-
Dual supply, these allow a system, or a number of systems, to be supplied from two independent battery banks. Both battery banks are isolated from each, and power is drawn from bank with the higher capacity.
Power reserve, these allow a battery bank to be used as a single bank normally, but split to maintain a power supply to critical systems at a low battery voltage. The system maintains continuity during switching, automatic battery bank reconnected.
Power-
Integrated systems, these units are a pre-
Motor control, these units are multifunctional, providing remote power switching, while monitoring, for low voltage, high amperage, and high temperatures drop out. There is an option for motor direction control, and a wireless remote control system.
Switch panels and circuit breaker after a break of 10 years, we are introducing a new range of switch panel, integrated with our charge and monitoring systems. At the same time we will be introducing a range of remote reset, waterproof circuit breakers.
